All makeup and body care products are considered final sale. Once a purchase is made, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless damaged in shipping, if you find that your item was damaged in shipping please contact via email for resolution.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Lauriston 7, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process:

  2. Shipping the Item: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

 We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 

Lauriston7 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

 

Lauriston7 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
